Executive Director, Arbonne Charitable Foundation_™

Courtney landed here at the Arbonne Charitable Foundation in July 2012 after leading operations at the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in Orange and Riverside Counties. During her tenure at the MDA, Courtney developed and executed strategic fundraising initiatives, event planning, turnkey programs and education. Prior to that, Courtney utilized her expertise in the private sector, where she specialized in events management. Her skills contributed to the success of events and operations at prestigious organizations such as Orange County’s Pacific Symphony, Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club, and Hornblower Cruises and Events.

Courtneyʼs career has focused on helping equip teens with the tools, opportunities, and positive self-esteem to better realize their potential. At Arbonne, sheʼll continue to help improve the lives of teenage boys and girls by developing and implementing programs for the Arbonne Charitable Foundation_™.
