Charitable Registration Status

  • United States: The Arbonne Charitable Foundation is a charitable non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California (the “Foundation”). The Foundation is preparing to file its 501(c)(3) application and anticipates IRS approval by September 2012.
  • International: The Foundation is in the process of registering affiliate charities in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Registration status is pending in all countries, and approvals are anticipated by September 2012.

Donations

All donations received through this website will be directed to a secure PayPal account controlled by the Foundation. If your credit card’s billing address is in Canada, Australia or the United Kingdom, the Foundation will credit your donation to the Arbonne Charitable Foundation established in your country. All other donations will be credited to the Foundation.
